Digital Marketing – Facebook Ads Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a bright, talented and switched-on person to join our expanding team.

Salary:

Dependent on your experience and what you bring to the party.


The Job:

You’ll be responsible for creating and managing Facebook Ad campaigns for our lovely customers which means you’ll be speaking with them on the phone, understanding their business and their goals, and then using your skill and training to create ads that work for them.

You’ll undertake scientific testing, manage budgets, write imaginative compelling copy and produce eye catching graphics and full training will be provided.


The Business:

We’re the UK’s best marketers (and modest with it!) and the energy and vibe at our colourful offices near the NEC is different to most places.

We have thousands of the UK’s small businesses as our customers, but you’ve probably never heard of us. There’s a team of almost 50 at our HQ, where we have stripy walls and a Butler who looks after us (and our guests). You get to choose a red or green chair.


The Person:

You’ll be smart. Almost certainly with a degree and you’ll love marketing.

You’ll be comfortable and confident on the phone, good with numbers and technically very competent.

A proven track-record of running successful end-to- end digital campaigns and Facebook Ads campaigns experience will be very helpful and will get you noticed. But it’s not essential.

We have a comprehensive and thorough training programme that will take you from a keen beginner to a truly world-class Facebook Ads marketer.

You must be an avid user of Facebook yourself (we will check you out!) – and a great speller.
We’re serious. You MUST good at speling.

You’ll be able to prioritise and handle multiple simultaneous tasks.

Oh, and a people person. Everyone here is a ‘people person’. You won’t fit in if you’re not.

You’ll be ambitious, and there are likely to be opportunities to progress within the organisation for candidates that excel and do a great job.
